Accessory Case and Pin Cushion
Most of us feel like we're running in circles much of the day... and that's not always a good thing. Well, come and have fun sewing in circles and create a wonderful pin cushion. This cushion coordinates with an accessory case featuring in-the-hoop lace shaping, and a zippered pocket for small items that might get lost at the bottom of your sewing bag. Both of these items will make a lovely set when paired with the serger organizer!

Lectures
Victorian Antiques Hangar Fashion Show
Martha will present a totally antique garment "hangar" fashion show with her stories about the embroidery and sewing techniques on each piece. Join Martha for a journey back about 100 years in time as she shares many pieces from her Victorian/Edwardian clothing collection.

With each item, a bit of sewing history has been preserved and each seamstress left a personal legacy in the masterpieces that you will see in this show. Enjoy the exquisite hand embroideries, many of which have been digitized for today’s embroidery machines. Christening dresses, nightgowns, elaborate women’s dresses, blouses and children’s garments, are treasures which Martha has collected from her travels from three continents.

Martha will also share stories about her journeys with Joe on the never ending search for more "white clothes," and she will pass the clothes around so you can actually see and touch and feel some of the clothes you have enjoyed reading in her books.
